These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BuckScience website and application ("Service") operated by BuckScience ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

2. Subscription & Billing

• BuckScience is offered as an annual subscription across three tiers: Fawn ($79/yr), Doe ($99/yr), and Buck ($129/yr).
• Founding member pricing ($69 for the first year) is available to early access signups and applies to the first year only. Subscriptions renew at the standard tier price.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

3. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to BuckScience, including trail camera photos, property boundaries, camera locations, sighting records, and terrain features. We do not claim any rights to your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service

5. Intellectual Property

The BuckScience application, including its design, algorithms, branding, and documentation, is our intellectual property. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial hunting and land management purposes.

6. Disclaimer

BuckScience provides analysis and predictions based on the data you provide. Stand recommendations, movement predictions, and activity patterns are informational tools — not guarantees. Hunting conditions, animal behavior, and local regulations vary. Always exercise your own judgment in the field and comply with all applicable hunting laws and regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuckScience shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data prior to account deletion.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the application. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
